The Brandlalm can be found at 1,425 m above sea level in the beautiful Carinthian Lavant Valley, in southern Austria near the Slovenian and Italian borders. Because of its mild and pleasant climate paired with breathtaking beauty, the Lavant Valley is also called "Carinthia's paradise". Enjoy relaxing days away from typical tourist crowds. Right here in the Carinthian Alps. The serenity of nature combined with modern accents.
The sustainable growth of the tourist region Brandlalm is important to us. We currently have four chalets. In the near future, the area will be expanded to include smart tiny houses (Tinys) and double rooms (Harpfn) in a cosy mountain inn (Beim Kronthaler). Plans for further projects are on the drawing board. So, stay tuned.
Drive up to calm down! It's a 20-25 minute drive from St. Paul (via St. Georgen) to Brandlalm. But you'll see, it's worth it!
Attention: Arrival is only possible via St. Georgen and Steinberger Straße. The route via Maria Rojach ends in a dead-end.

Booking
The prices at Brandlalm are calculated per night and person (unless stated otherwise). We reserve your stay after written confirmation and receipt of your deposit. Your stay begins at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Please take these times into account, as we schedule time for a thorough cleaning, a careful follow-up inspection and preparation for our next guests.
Minimum Stay
Our houses can be booked for a minimum of 7 nights. If capacities change due to rebooking, cancellations or other events, shorter stays of 2-6 nights may be possible. Therefore, non-binding and short-term inquiries are welcomed. Our final cleaning fee for a stay of fewer than 7 nights is 300 euros.
Deposit to Confirm
We will be happy to confirm your booking upon receipt of a 30% deposit within 14 days. Access to our area is only permitted with a confirmed booking.
Local Tax
The local tax is 2.70 Euros (over the age of 18) per guest and night.
Hotel Bill
We accept Cash, EC-Cards, Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfers.
Discount
We offer a discount for bookings for more than 4 people per chalet. The reduced flat rate is 80 euros per night and person.
Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
According to the EU standard, we charge cancellation fees.

Children
Our concept is deliberately aimed at adults who want to relax and find time for themselves. Others would like to enjoy an undisturbed honeymoon or hold a productive meeting. Our philosophy is tailored to their specific needs.
Children have different needs than adults. They want to play, run and have fun. Our concept is not designed for this and we therefore deliberately do not have any children's facilities. In addition, the natural swimming pond harbours many dangers for young children. Therefore we have set the minimum age of our guests to 16 years.
Pets
Non-Smokers
Smoking is not permitted in our chalets. We ask you to consider and comply with this for the benefit of your roommates but also to protect our high-quality facility. Smoking is of course permitted outdoors.
With its countless regional producers, the Lavant Valley offers a variety of culinary delicacies. The extensive range of food and drinks combined with the highest quality makes every gourmet's heart flutter.
Our chalets are designed and furnished for self-catering. The food supply is organised via the central marketplace "Mei Speis". In this modern pantry, you have the opportunity to buy from a wide range of regional groceries. The completion of the "Mei Speis" has been postponed due to this year's situation. But you won't be left empty-handed: During this time, your fridge will be filled with a wide range of regional breakfast items. We obtain our products from our partner company, a shop called "Genussladen" St. Paul. You will also receive one meal voucher per person, which you can redeem in the surrounding huts.
Delivery Service
Of course, we will fulfil almost every wish and will be happy to deliver your purchase to you. We have also installed a personal locker in the pantry for you.

To reflect on the important things and think about yourself. Let nature take control. Each of our chalets is equipped with a heated whirlpool, a panoramic sauna and a relaxation room to unwind.
