The road up to Brandlalm is more than just a journey – it marks the beginning of your time away. With every turn, you leave everyday life a little further behind until you arrive high above, at over 1,400 meters.
From St. Georgen, our purple signs guide you along the fastest route to the resort. And even if the road may feel demanding at times: at the end awaits a place of peace, with sweeping views across valleys and mountains and a panorama that makes every drive worthwhile.
Important: Arrival is only possible via St. Georgen and the Steinberger Straße. Routes via Maria Rojach or Soboth end in a dead end.
All prices listed are in euros, including statutory VAT and excluding local tourist tax.
Guest Loyalty: If you have already spent two holidays with us (minimum of 6 nights each), you are considered one of our valued regular guests. From your 3rd stay onwards, you will receive a 10% loyalty discount on accommodation costs. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
Cancellation policy: Our terms follow the General Austrian Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry.
With travel insurance, your cancellation costs will be reimbursed, allowing you to conveniently rebook your holiday with us for another date.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 3:00 pm | Check-out until 10:00 am
On the day of arrival, we will contact you by phone to coordinate your exact arrival time.
Early Check-in:
An early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you would like to arrive earlier. We will be happy to check whether your accommodation can be prepared in time.
Minimum stay
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
Depending on availability, you may also book one night in our Tiny Houses and the Apartment.
During Christmas and New Year’s Eve, special stay regulations apply: five night minimum stay, allowing you to fully enjoy the festive atmosphere.
Booking
We confirm your reservation upon receipt of written confirmation and a deposit of 30% (to be paid within 14 days). Please note that access to our resort grounds is only permitted with a confirmed booking.
Self-catering
Our guests enjoy the freedom to design their stay just as they like – with their own ingredients, groceries from the surrounding area, or directly from our meiSpeis, our small yet carefully curated resort shop.
If you have any special requests, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We always strive to meet the individual needs of our guests.
Final cleaning
For stays of 7 nights or longer, the final cleaning fee is included.
In extreme cases, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Families with children
Families with children are warmly welcome in the Hochsitz alpine hut and in Apartment Tenne.
The concept of the Chalets and Tiny Houses is intentionally designed for adults seeking peace and quiet. Children have different needs – they want to play, run, and be lively. These accommodations are not designed for that. In addition, the natural swimming pond poses potential risks. For this reason, the minimum age for guests is set at 14 years.
Pets
Dogs are welcome; cats and other pets are not allowed.
Dogs must be older than six months and have a valid vaccination record.
Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation during the stay.
Owners are required to clean up and properly dispose of their dog’s waste.
Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas.
Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets.
Accommodation fee for dogs: €30 per night in Chalets / €15 per night in Tiny Houses, Hochsitz and Apartment Tenne (food not included).
Our partner Dog’s Love provides a little surprise for your furry friend.
Non-smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside our accommodations. We kindly ask you to respect this rule – both for the well-being of other guests and to protect our high-quality furnishings. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Please keep the environment clean and be mindful of the increased risk of fire.
Waste
Before departure, please dispose of your waste in the designated containers in front of Chalet Duir.
