It is the foundation of our cuisine. We honor the culinary history of our region by preserving traditional recipes while also reinterpreting them. The name "Harpfnstub'n" comes from the historic gathering places in farmers houses in our region, where they met after work to eat and drink together. We continue this tradition of sociability in our restaurant every day.

 

Regionality


For us, this means utilizing the treasures of our immediate surroundings. We work closely with local farmers, hunters, and producers to source fresh and high-quality ingredients that form the basis of our dishes. This close connection is reflected not only in the freshness and quality of our food but also strengthens the local economy and promotes awareness of Carinthia's culinary diversity.
